It comprises a lovely 25 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy two gardens totalling 600 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- Two living areas, each with a TV, dining area and sleeping area with a double sofa bed
- Two fully equipped kitchens, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A conservatory with a dining area, opening onto the garden

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with a bath
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (180x190) and a cot
- Bedroom 4: a single bed and a bunk bed
- Two separate toilets
- A shower room with a walk-in shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- Two lovely gardens measuring 100 m² and 500 m², facing south-east and north-west, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
