I booked through Expedia, received confirmation number. Went to the hotel for check in only to find out by the receptionist that they don't work with Expedia and my reservation is a ghost reservation. In order to process my refund, the Expedia team has been trying to reach the hotel for 3 days already with no success. Apparently they don't even pick up their phone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this nonsense hotel.
