Spacious attic apartment with stunning sea views – ideal for a family holiday



Enjoy your holiday in this generous, fully equipped holiday flat on the top floor of a modern house in the new part of Primošten. The accommodation offers approximately 80 m² of space for up to 6 people and is ideal for families or couples travelling together.



The flat features three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and washing machine, as well as a bright living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. From here you have access to a large, partially covered terrace and a separate balcony. Both offer a fantastic view of the sea and the old town of Primošten – an ideal place to end the day with a beautiful sunset.



The facilities include air conditioning, WiFi, SAT-TV, a private washing machine and all the important kitchen utensils for relaxed self-catering. The furnishings are modern and functional, so you can feel at home from the moment you arrive.



The house is located in a quiet yet central location. The nearest beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach Primošten town centre on foot in approximately 10 minutes. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a weekly market are also conveniently within walking distance.



Free parking is available directly at the house. Pets up to a maximum of 10 kg are permitted for an additional fee. Cots are unfortunately not available. The flat is not wheelchair accessible.

Lovely Villa Corona

This property is perfect in every way. Robert has done a beautiful job, and left no details undone. I highly recommend staying here whenever you travel to Split. The neighborhood is beautiful and an easy 10 minute walk to Old Town. Loved Villa Corona and working with Robert to pull together all the details.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. Acomodation was clean. The wiew was absolutely beautiful. Zrinka is very friendly. We didn’t even mind the main road, that was very close.

I stayed in this property with my husband and two teenage sons

I stayed in this property with my husband and two teenage sons. we chose it because it had 3 separate bedrooms but it could of slept a much bigger family because of the extra beds in each room. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The view is stunning and the balcony vast. The walk into town can be done off the main road and is very pleasant.
