This home can accommodate 8 adults (age 11+) and 4 children (age 10 and under) as per the property's short term accommodation license. A gorgeous Scandinavian-inspired rustic chic 1850's heritage home located in the heart of Prince Edward County's wine country. Lovingly restored, this quiet retreat is seconds from cafes and restaurants and minutes from white sandy beaches and vineyards. The Ferg has been featured on the show Handmade Hotels, and highlighted by HGTV, Toronto Life and Canadian Living as one of the top 3 uniquely decorated hotels in Canada. STA License #: ST-2021-0215
A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.
Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
