First time in Prince Rupert. Pros: Great view, convenient, good coffee at breakfast and easy to find. Cons: Our room was never cleaned, garbage emptied, bed made or fresh towels in the three days we were there. We also requested an extra pillow and they did not have any. Also our air conditioner/heater stopped working. Luckily it appeared to just be a breaker. So we managed to fix it both times.

Yes the ocean was visible from our room. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Stafff was friendly and helpfull and the hotel is in a very nice central location. We enjoed our stay!

One night stay after getting off the ferry. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Breakfast had the usual selection. There was a notice on the desk at check in about boiling the water before drinking. No bottled water was offered for brushing teeth.

Hotel is good but there is no green space to take a pet . There was a boil water in effect during our stay so bottle water was given that was good. No for the shower…. The tap is broken and gave no pressure and not hot Luke warm at best . Could use extra chair in the room

Great people who work there who make the best of what they have to work with. Kitchenettes are ultra minimal, a tea towel would have been nice. Oceanview is nice and location excellent!

Very convenient for the ferry to the airport. We were given bottled water as there was a boil water instruction in place. You could refill these. Breakfast was included and you could have toast,bagels yoghurt, fruit, muffins and waffles.

Good location - found restaurants across the street. The waffle bar was fun. Old and rundown condition, for which the clerk apologized. One elevator was out of service, the plate around our door lock was coming off, making it difficult to open or close.

The place itself was all right but there was basically NO water pressure in the shower . I believe the diverter did not have the valves open all the way , perhaps a water saving idea ??? And at the bathroom sink the hot was on the cold side and vice versa .

The hotel was well located for downtown dining, shopping and to the ferries. A good breakfast bar too! Be careful with asking for late check out - we were charged an extra night at rack rate (fortunately the hotel corrected the error).
