Great neighborhood and cozy home
The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to cook with if that's what you are looking for, very well equipped. We went with our family with little children so we did a lot of cooking.Princeville area is so convenient and the store is very close for groceries, gas, ice, liquor etc.Super close to Hanalei way and the north shore making it easy to take a brake for lunch and come back for sunset.The house has all the necessary beach gear you need which is a plus since otherwise you have to rent it out.Highly recommend

Great Place to stay!
Everything was great. Only minor inconvenience was not having a shower curtain in the master bath. Great communication. Beds are comfortable. Good AC in the bedrooms and fans help move the air really well in common areas. Kitchen is well stocked and there was nothing missing.

Wonderful Vacation Property
The home was very clean, spacious and came with everything we needed. The outdoor patio furniture on the lanai is great to have morning coffee and simply ease into the day. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals. The open floor plan was great and outdoor shower a nice feature to utilize when coming back from the beach. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Perfectly beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Only a short five min walk to Food Land and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with high end dishes and cook wear. Loved drinking coffee on the lenai every morning. Can’t wait to come back.

Spacious Beautiful Home
The home is nicely decorated and was beautifully clean upon our arrival. Kitchen stocked with everything. Air conditioning was a lifesaver. Location is ideal. The management team was amazing: we needed towels and a kitchen whisk, and they delivered within hours of our request. My only suggestion is to add a shower. There is only ONE shower, and with seven people, it was VERY challenging. I suggest enclosing the outdoor shower so kids can wash out there, or else adding a shower to master bath, or both bc if 8 people are staying there, you def need more showering options. Thank you for providing us a beautiful place to stay during our wonderful week in Kauai! We hope to come back and stay here again.
