DIRTY CONDO ON ARRIVAL / BEDROOM LACKING PRIVACY. Just prior to our designated check-in time, we received a text message from the host that several items, including trash bags, were not stocked by housekeeping and would be delivered the following day. Upon entering the condo, the floors were not adequately cleaned and on further inspection, the sheets in the primary bedroom had visible hair and dirt on them (they were not changed from the previous guests). The bedroom carpet/rug is musty with several stains. As you can see from the photos, the bedroom has an attached lanai overlooking the parking lot; however, the privacy curtain only covers 2/3 of the sliding glass door (the rest being made up of a sheer panel) resulting in a complete lack of privacy. Regarding the condo's unacceptable status at check-in: I contacted the host, who noted that this was atypical and that they would address the issue as soon as possible. Later that evening, the host delivered the missing supplies, changed the sheets and cleaned the floors. I was also provided a partial refund *upon my own request*. While The Cliffs property as a whole is enjoyable, we will not be staying at this unit again. I recommend this condo undergo a deep clean and replacement of the primary bedroom’s carpet and curtains.
