Airconditioned luxury 3 bedroom home

This is a luxury three bedroom home in Princeville with a wonderful flow and space that provides a great environment for relaxing or having small family gatherings. The kitchen is fully upgraded with a Wolf stove as well as other luxury appliances. The dining room and living room are large well proportioned spaces that are very comfortable for lounging. Every room has a garden view and the balcony has a mountain view.
There is a Koi pond. Feeding the koi very limited amounts daily is encouraged!

The office includes a comfortable desk with a monitor for those of you that need to work remote.
The place includes a surfboard, boogie boards, as well as beach chairs.

All of the bedrooms have blinds.

This house is great and very clean and comfortable. The property manager and the owner were super responsive and easy to communicate with. All the amenities worked out amazing for our trip and since it's located on the north end of the island it was close to a lot of the beaches and activities we wanted to do anyway. 2 items to consider: 1) if you book activities on the west side of the island (i.e. Napali coast boat tour) it's a long drive to get there from this location. 2) the two twin beds listed in the primary bedroom are actually chairs that fold out into twin beds (not actual beds). We used one and while it was pretty comfortable our son ended up sleeping on the couch most nights because he felt like it was more comfortable. Overall the house was great though and having a fully equipped kitchen made making meals and eating healthy an easy option and probably saved us hundreds of dollars.

This home was perfect, and the hosts were very communicative. Our family of four enjoyed the spacious living room and outdoor patio area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the home was spotless. The location was ideal, with easy access to beaches and great restaurants nearby. If you value a central location, a pristine home, and responsive hosts, this is the place for you. We looked at several homes in Princeville while planning our trip, and this one truly stood out. It was an excellent choice.
