Come Enjoy the Beauty of the North Shore of Kauai from this amazing, centrally located Condo that sits in the heart of the Immaculate Resort Community of Princeville.

Beaches, Hikes, Waterfalls, Golf Courses and the historic towns of Kilauea and Hanalei with shops and restaurants are all located within 15minutes of the condo. Many of the beaches and shops are located right within the bounds of Princeville itself and accessible by walking paths and/or short hikes.

The Condo itself offers an extremely Comfortable Cal-King bed for recuperating after your busy days on Kauai. The living area comes ready with a comfortable couch that can be turned into a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen Smart TV. The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils from making wonderful homecooked meals after a day at the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the Lanai overlooking the Princeville Golf Course and the nature trail to Anini Beach.

There are plenty of things to do around the Resort Community of Princeville. Beaches Within walking distance of the Condo are Anini Beach, Hide Aways Beach, Turtle Cove, Queens Bath, Hanalei Bay. Many of the beaches offer small hikes down to them keeping them off the beaten path. Shopping and restaurants can be found in Princeville Shopping Center, as well as, the hotels (Hanalei Bay Resort, Westin, Princeville 1) located within the boundaries of Princeville.
Hanalei Town and Bay are located less than 10minutes North of the condominium and the Historic town of Kilauea and the Kilauea Lighthouse are located less than 10minutes South of the condominium.

Great communication, we had everything we needed to make simple breakfasts, pack lunches and be out of there for the day! AC was awesome. I appreciated cleaning supplies/the vacuum to keep it clean for the entire week we were there! Location was absolutely amazing. We’ll be back

Air Condition is a Window Unit

This unit is a little difficult to find. It is a studio unit if the fridge door is open it blocks the bed. The window ac unit brings in extra humidity and cause you to sweat. We had to buy a new fry pan because the pans in the unit had so much wear the nonstick was got. There is no stove. There is single burner. If you want a bath be prepared to have sand in the tub with you. We woke up to little black flying bugs every morning.

Nice place for one person

Nice place for one person. Laundry amenity nice, decent kitchenette area, bedroom area nice and comfortable. Location is good. Need instructions (network and password) on getting online in the location. Never got welcome text with that info.

Convenient Place to stay for a quick visit

Easy to find and the property was as described. We had a challenge communicating with the host (he was not receiving our messages) but we straightened it out prior to leaving. Only other issues was there were bugs in the kitchenette but I suppose thats to be expected in the tropics. I think an exterminator could fix that problem.
