Annie was very sweet. Beach chairs, umbrellas, & snorkeling gear were available to use. The unit doesn’t have a full oven/range, but does offer a microwave, electric hot plates and griddles for cooking/reheating food. No AC unit but a great breeze that kept it comfortable. Important to note that this is a second floor unit without an elevator. It was a perfect landing spot for a solo traveler exploring the North Shore.

Quiet and Comfortable

We spent a month in this studio Condo in Princeville. We have stayed in Paniolo before but this time we were next to the golf course. We had everything we needed to make regular meals- we utilized the electric skillet and the hot plates the most.The swimming pool was the perfect temperature and kept very clean. It’s the best place to stay if you want to be close to a grocery store, shopping, restaurants and Hanalei.

A enjoyable stay!!

Annie's place has a beautiful breeze and a beautiful view. There was everything I could need in the unit and a nice place to sit on the back deck. I enjoyed the pool and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice property

The studio is actually much larger than I imagined and quite nice. There's no air conditioning but a nice breeze flows through. The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable. The owner is very nice. Problems I had were maintenance related. Only one of the two fans worked. The refrigerator started making loud noise for about 2 hours then calmed down. The tv is very tempermental. Biggest issue, if you are staying for awhile, is that there is no washer/dryer and there are no laundromats within 40 minutes of drive time. Also, I stayed 3 weeks and had no additional cleaning and only one change of linens and towels. Considering the location, the condo should be cleaned weekly.

Very clean spacious and amount of appliances available. A lot of beach supplies available for us to use. A great location shopping, very close to us. Nice neighborhood. Very satisfied with everything. We found it to be very accessible to the beach and other attractions.
