Wonderful condo 🌺

Andrea’s condo was amazing. It was clean, had any convenience that you may have at home and so much more. Her garage was full of beach accessories. My daughter and boyfriend enjoyed the bikes to go around Princeville. We love the pool at Nihilani after a long day of hiking or exploring the canyon. I will definitely book again with Andrea. She was easy to communicate with and truly cares about your stay. Thank you Andrea 🌺

Fantastic in every aspect

Super clean and well located. Andrea was terrific to work with. Quality ‘vacation-feeling’ neighborhood. 2-car garage is really helpful because of street-parking restrictions. This is BY FAR the best equipped VRBO we have ever rented (and we have rented about 40). The kitchen could be your own; nothing missing. Even the wine glasses are crystal. The beach gear is plentiful and fantastic. This was super helpful. It goes as far as straw sun hats. On top of all this, it is beautifully furnished and decorated. We plan to return.

When I did have questions they were answered in a timely manner. When I requested a late check out, they were wonderful to accommodate me. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Amazing Property - No detail overlooked

Wow!!!!! Where to start?! This property and the host are nothing short of amazing!! The home itself is beautiful and nicely updated. Beds were comfortable and they have literally everything you could ever need!!! Want smoothies for breakfast? There’s blenders! Have a stain on your shirt? They have stain remover by the washer and dryer! Literally, anything you keep in your home, they have here! It was so nice to be somewhere that truly felt like a home, not just another rental. The location is perfect! Close to the pool and walking/bike riding distance to the shops in Princeville. My kids rode the bikes around daily! There are several great beaches near by as well!! The grounds were clean and well maintained. No chickens/roosters in the area so the nights were quiet! The host, Andrea, was such a pleasure to work with!! My family and I can’t wait to come back and will stay at this property over and over again!!

Fantastic stay!

First, Andrea is so kind and responsive. I had a lot of questions due to one member of our party having limited mobility, to which she always responded promptly. We had the pleasure of meeting her in person as we were checking in and she was so gracious and helpful. Unfortunately the Expedition we rented did not fit in the garage and Andrea did not hesitate to contact the property manager to get us a guest parking pass. The townhome is beautiful, clean, and has every convenience you could need! We cooked quite a bit so having a well equipped kitchen is important to us and she had plenty of cookware, extra spices and cooking oil. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is also an essential since it allows us to pack light by only bringing half the amount of clothes we need. The resort’s pool was also a highlight that we took full advantage of. It’s a short walk and has ample lounge chairs and tables. The waterfall made it a perfect place to relax. The location is great as there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Hanalei is also very close, as is a really fun community park with mini golf, playgrounds and an awesome Fire Show. Overall we loved our stay and would love to return in the future.

Best stay possible!

It was our first family vacation with our 9 month old daughter and the place was so well stocked with everything we needed for our family. The place was so clean and updated and having the separate upstairs and downstairs living was awesome as we brought my mom and she was able to have her own space when she wanted. Would stay here again and again.

Lovely well stocked unit. Plenty of beach and kitchen supplies. Princeville itself is mostly condos and golf. Have to hunt a bit for access to local beaches. Have to drive to big beautiful Hanalei Bay beach.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean, Great Location & Beach Gear too!

This townhome was beautiful, immaculately clean with comfortable beds and in a great location. It is perfect for up to 4 people with two living areas on separate floors. Every amenity you can imagine is provided. We especially loved the outdoor equipment in the garage such as bikes, body boards, SUPs, surfboard, kayak, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, coolers and more! It is a short drive to great beaches, trails, restaurants, groceries and many sightseeing places. Andrea was a pleasure to communicate with, offering tips for restaurants and activities. Like most places on Kauai there may be roosters outside the townhome but Andrea provided earplugs in each bedroom which helped immensely. A great place that we highly recommend! Thanks Andrea!

So amazing!

This was place was just wonderful. It was perfect for 2 couples to have plenty of space. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The area was beautiful and we loved the Princeville location. We found some amazing beaches for snorkeling so the equipment at the place was very much appreciated. We didn't need anything but Andrea checked on us anyway and gave us some tips for restaurants and activities.

Splendid

Even better in person. The rental itself and the greater community where it’s located, absolutely splendid. Two living areas on separate floors cannot be beat. Allowed the Mrs. and I plenty of our own space and privacy. All of the day to day living and beach essentials needed! Not walking distance but grocery, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, waterfalls, famous landmarks, and beaches just minutes away!
