No ac, owners are cheap. -5/10 wpuld NOT reccommed

The lack of air conditioning was dreadful. During the day time it was soo hot in the apartment. And dont even think about using the dryer if you dont want to die of a heat stroke. Theres no TV. So if youre rained in, better hope your brought cards or a good book. If youre staying in princeville for the hidden beach, or queens bath beach, i hope youre an early riser otherwise forget about it. The owners of this property are very cheap. Any way to save a buck they did. Cheap paper towels, cheap furniture and lack of over all necessities. The water pressure in the shower for the main head was so powerful it could have cut stone. Although my comments are mostly negative, i do have 2 positives... the bed was super comfy. And the beach chairs and umbrella were useful. Although the chairs were sketchy at best.

Nice amenities but no beach access or luggage rack

We were pleased with many amenities and complimentary items such as beach chairs and umbrella, snorkeling gear, and laundry detergent. We enjoyed the pool. We did all right with no air conditioning. Our two major complaints were: 1. It is deceptive for the unit’s listing to state that it is walkable to a swimming beach. We consider ourselves quite fit, but the walk down the treacherous hill to the “beach” was lengthy and we were greeted with a sign stating “no swimming “. I can’t imagine walking from there to Anini beach- it would take forever. We did drive to Anini beach (about 15 minutes) and loved it. But we were expecting a walkable beach from how this unit was described. 2. There are no luggage racks, dressers, or anywhere to put our clothes (closet was full of gear). We ended up pulling the kitchen stools into the bedroom and balancing smaller luggage on them.
