Rezervasyonu yaptık, parayı ödedik, fakat başka kişiler kaldığı için kalamadık mekanda.Müşteri hizmetlerine hızlı bir şekilde ulaşamadık, gece vakti kendimize başka yer bakmak zorunda kaldık. Gezimizin tadı kaçtı. Giriş talimatlarında resepsiyon olmadığı için belirtilen numarayı önceden arayınız yazıyordu, yazdık, başka kişilerin kaldığını, dolayısıyla bizim kalamayacağımızı, sorunun web sitesinde olduğunu söyledi. Geri iade alabileceğimizi, kendisinin bir şey yapamayacağını söyledi. Üzerinden 20 gün geçmesine rağmen herhangi bir iade alamadık. Ayrıca herhangi bir ikna edici bilgilendirme de yapılmıyor.
