I originally planned to stay for just one night, but I decided to extend my stay because the hotel was so welcoming and comfortable. The staff are very well trained, always attentive, and genuinely kind. The breakfast was very satisfying, and the excellent hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again.

Staying at Hotel Begolli really made my 5-day vacation to Kosovo exceptional. The hotel was extremely well-maintained, clean, and quiet with exceptionally friendly, helpful and sincere staff. I received great advice and tips when I asked, and I would definitely stay here next time I have the chance to visit Kovoso.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pristina. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible friendliness of the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything I needed. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel at home right away. It’s rare to come across such consistently kind and professional service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pristina—I would definitely stay here again!

Decent hotel

Friendly helpful staff and lovely big room. Slightly dated decor but I enjoyed the charm of that. Bit limited in breakfast options. Handy location for lots of shops and not too far to walk to many restaurant area.

6/10 Okay

Location is good but rooms are insufficient

The hotel is located close to the center, the breakfast was enough to fill your stomach. The air conditioning and WiFi were working well. But there was nothing in the room. There were no slippers, drinking water, tea, cups, laundry bags, nothing. There was only 1 water glass and a kettle. Even though I used that glass, it was not changed when it was room cleaned. It was very mediocre for a 4-star hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Begolli made me want to come back to Kosovo. Pristina is a beautiful, peaceful city with kind and welcoming people, where time seems to slow down, allowing you to truly relax and appreciate everything the city has to offer. The warm hospitality I received made this trip even more special. I highly recommend that people visit Kosovo, and when they do, Hotel Begolli is an excellent place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so memorable. I look forward to coming back!goli. The entire staff treated me exceptionally well from the moment I arrived. The hotel was spotless, communication was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything worked exactly as expected, yet the team still managed to exceed my expectations with their kindness, attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to the staff member who took care of the breakfast every morning—he was always friendly, polite, attentive, and made every guest feel welcome. I truly appreciate the entire team and highly recommend this hotel. It is a genuine four-star experience!
