The luxurious Villa Mowana is located in Dalmatia in the town of Privlaka, where you can enjoy it with your family or a group of your closest friends. The villa is a special modern house where you can enjoy the natural atmosphere that will give you a sense of the true Mediterranean spirit of life. The villa was built in 2023 in a modern style and is fully air-conditioned. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa and you have 270 m2 of living space at your disposal, where you can enjoy peace and relaxation. Villa Mowana is located in the first row to the sea. On the spacious terraces you can enjoy the beautiful, wide sea view while you drink your morning coffee in peace. On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, two-seater, coffee table and TV as well as a modern and fully equipped high-gloss kitchen where you can easily prepare meals for the whole family. There is also a bar with 3 bar stools. In the dining room there is a dining table with seating for 8. On the ground floor there is a games room where you can enjoy a game of pool and the little ones will love the PlayStation games console. On the 1st floor you will stay comfortably in 2 bedrooms with single beds 90 x 200 each and en-suite bathrooms with shower, the beds can be joined if required, and there is a further bedroom with king-size bed 180 x 200. On the 2nd floor there is a fourth bedroom, also with king-size bed 180 x 200, which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and bath. On the outdoor terrace you will feel like a king and enjoy the heated pool of 39 m² and 1.5 metres deep. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with 8 sun loungers, a romantic hot tub and covered seating. Other features of the Mowana villa include a washing machine and an iron. You can also use a separate toilet, a high chair and a baby cot. The inner courtyard of the villa is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. The entrance to the courtyard is through an electric gate. You can also use a charger for electric cars. Privlaka is a small fishing and tourist village ideal for a family holiday, known for its beautiful beaches, pine forests by the sea and clear sea. Take the opportunity to go on a day trip or tour through nature parks such as Telaica and Velebit. You can also visit national parks such as the Krka waterfalls, Paklenica or Kornati. You will be particularly impressed by the historic towns of Nin and Zadar, which offer you everything you need for a well-rounded holiday: delicious gastronomic offerings, attractions and local activities such as diving, horse riding and fishing. The beach bar is only 200 metres from the villa. The town of Nin, the oldest royal town in Croatia, is only 3 km away and is definitely a must-see for any traveller. Here you will find restaurants and beach bars for the most demanding gourmets, and always at the right price! Many of them offer cuisine with seasonal and regional products. You can also try rafting, water sports, sailing or horse riding. One of the easiest and yet most beautiful activities is usually walking along the promenade, which is quite long and continuous and offers marvellous views and the pleasure of fresh air.
