Very nice apartment located on the first floor of a residence of three apartments spread over two floors. Brand new, includes everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Tiles everywhere, including a fully equipped kitchen including all kitchen utensils and an espresso machine, a small living room with TV and Wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, two bedrooms with one a double bed of 1.60 x 2 meters and the other two single beds of 0.90 by 2 meters each with a firm memory foam mattress and bedding included and a large wall cupboard for storage. A bathroom with ironing equipment, washing machine, heating radiator and an Italian shower.
Exceptional view, terrace of almost 21 m2, swimming pool open and heated from April 15 to October 30, barbecue and located 10 minutes walk from the port, restaurants, bars and grocery stores, and 15 minutes walk from the beaches; -)
Parking in front of the house without problem because dead end. The car is not necessary to enjoy the facilities of Propriano, but advisable to visit the region which is magnificent ...

Calme avec vue mer et piscine

Logement bien équipé avec une belle terrasse surplombant la piscine. Je n’aurais pas pensé dire ça mais on a apprécié l’orientation nord qui nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse même les jours de grosse chaleur. À 5-10min à pied du centre ville et de la plage. Merci à Julia, accommodante pour le Check in et check out.

Fantastic Apartment Stay

Well, what can I say ... we had an absolutely fantastic stay in Propriano (our 1st time visiting Corsica). The apartment was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, and enough space for the 3 of us who stayed. The balcony provides enough shade all day long so as you can sit out and enjoy the lovely sunny weather without actually being in direct sunlight all the time. The pool was lovely and refreshing after a busy day out exploring the local (and not so local) areas. Propriano is a delightful port town, well worth a visit. Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio and Ajaccio are all within a 1.5 hour drive of Propriano and all well worth visiting too. Andre (the owner of the apartment) is very friendly and very responsive to emails, He is willing to help share tips and ideas for what to do whilst in Propriano/Corsica. All in all, we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our time in Corsica :)

appartement agréable mais à perfectionner

Joli appartement bien situé tant pour les plaisirs de la mer que pour ceux de la montagne (la fin de la route pour accéder à la résidence est très endommagée), avec une jolie vue, quasi neuf, bien équipé si ce n'est le manque d'un aspirateur et d'une bassine pour le linge lavé. L'air conditionné partout est très agréable. Le propriétaire est charmant et très disponible même s'il ne se trouve pas sur place. Quelques points noirs : les espaces extérieurs ne sont pas pour l'instant paysagés, d'où beaucoup de terre et de poussière autour de la piscine, sur la terrasse et donc dans l'appartement. L'entretien de la piscine est hebdomadaire ce qui est largement insuffisant. Si présence d'enfants en bas âge : pas de système de sécurité autour de la piscine. Absence de détecteur de fumée. Par ailleurs, la cohabitation avec les locataires des deux autres appartements peut être compliquée. Il nous a été demandé de ne pas se baigner sur les heures du déjeuner car cela était "trop bruyant". Actuellement , gros chantier de constructions de résidences en contre bas de la résidence, assez bruyant du lundi au vendredi sur les heures ouvrables. Dans l'état actuel des choses, je pense que le rapport qualité/prix est un peu surestimé.

très bonne situation et tout le confort

la résidence est très bien située proche du centre ville sans les inconvénients et les bruits occasionnés. Il ne manquait rien dans l'appartement et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons passé 1super semaine:-)) Le seul bémol c'est la route pour arriver à la résidence qui est 1 peu chaotique mais ça n'enlève rien au charme du paysage. Nous ne sommes vraiment pas déçus de cette semaine et pourquoi pas y revenir….Merci au propriétaire qui est très à l'écoute et prend vraiment à cœur de vous faire passer de bonnes vacances dans les meilleures conditions. Merci aussi à son père qui nous a gentiment accueilli ainsi qu'à Nicolas pour ses bons tuyaux ;-)
