Very nice apartment in a new residence, raised (olive trees) of high standing with large parking lots and gardens located on the heights of the city center (200 m), near the church of PROPRIANO and shops.
Apartment composed of a large living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped: Fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine with pods, microwave and small traditional oven, toaster .
The living room has a round table, a sofa with 2 pull-out beds in 190x80 cm, a 42-inch color television, with TNT and ADSL.
The 13 m2 terrace, on slabs, is lit, has a marble table with a sideboard equipped with a plancha for your grills. (Parasol, deckchair, side table)
The large bedroom has a 160 cm wide wrought iron bed and a large wardrobe.
Superb bathroom, with separate WC, walk-in shower and electric towel dryer.

Bel appartement mais propreté douteuse

Appartement bien situé avec très belle vue sur mer, confortable,conforme à l’annonce mais mais dans un état très sale lors de l’entrée dans les lieux.Beaucoup de poussière, intérieur du micro rouillé ( ce qui donne pas envie de l’utiliser) couverts comportant encore des traces de nourriture, intérieur du four gras et gras également sur les poignées de portes.A notre demande le propriétaire a délégué une personne pour refaire le ménage.

Excellent séjour !

L'appartement est parfaitement situé à la fois pour profiter à pied du centre ville et des plages de Propriano et pour visiter le golfe du Valinco. La résidence est calme, bien entretenue et le logement bien équipé. L'exposition de la terrasse, à l'ombre le matin, le midi et le soir, avec vue sur mer est très appréciable.

Appartement sale à éviter

Appartement bien situé dans Propriano mais dont l'état de propreté laisse vraiment à désirer . Il est complètement anormal d'accueillir des hotes sans le moindre respect des règles d'hygiène et ce surtout en cette période Covid ou les propriétaires devraient apporter un soin encore plus grand à la propreté.

Nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances dans cet appartement, il est tres bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la belle vue du balcon et la gentillesse de Corinne qui nous a tres bien accueilli.
