Welcome to Propriano, in our magnificent T3 flat, located in a standing Fronte di Mare residence. This accommodation is ideal for holidays with family or friends, in an idyllic setting just 10 metres from Mancinu beach and 5 minutes' walk from the marina, shops and restaurants.

Flat highlights :
- Breathtaking views over the Gulf of Valinco from the 22 m² balcony equipped with garden furniture, two deckchairs, a table and a parasol.
- Fully air-conditioned for optimum comfort.
- Private, secure parking space in the basement.
- Designed for families, with a baby high chair and cot at your disposal.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement etait très propre. Place de parking très pratique. L'exposition de la terrasse très spacieuse est top, avec le soleil en fin de journée pour profitez du coucher de soleil. Très sympa! Je conseille ce logement parfaitement adapté jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Appartement grand standing

C'est un appartement très confortable, spacieux et bien situé. Les points négatifs sont qu'il donne sur une rue passagère qui limite l'utilisation de la terrasse et qu'il n'y a pas de wifi. Par ailleurs, la connexion internet n'est pas très stable.

Appartement agréable.

L'appartement est neuf, propre et bien situé même s'il est un peu excentré. Bien qu'il soit spacieux, cet hébergement est plus adapté à recevoir quatre- cinq personnes plutôt que six (en raison du très petit canapé situé dans la deuxième chambre) . L'annonce pourrait aussi mentionner plus précisément les équipements présents (certains sont absents, comme, par exemple, wi-fi, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser). D'autre part, la plaque à induction fonctionne très mal, ce qui a été gênant pour une grande famille. L'accueil a été agréable.
