We will be returning in October! We love that the Narragansett Brewery is right next door, and India Point Park is across the street. Phenomenal location. The view from our room was beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

One of two elevators was out making travel between floors slow and crowded. The entrance was poorly marked and the parking lot gates were confusing. Could I go through without paying? Why was parking not included? The staff were efficient but cold and mechanical. Not a warm welcome at all. Strange layout in terms of entrance. Very annoying that I had to sign up for Hilton Rewards to get wifi.

The hotel was a solid experience but the next door property had outdoor live music that was way too noisy until 11pm at night. It was outside our room and extremely frustrating. The hotel should make this known when booking a reservation. Very disappointing. We will not stay at this location again.

One of the two elevators were not working. Wait times were long. When leaving our parking ticket would not open the gate. Had to go back to the front desk and they had to open gate from the desk so we could leave.
