Harbor view was more of a parking lot with the harbor way in the background. Loud noise in the morning. Room was pretty small & crowded & you had to close the bathroom door to open the closet one. It was weird. Elevators to parking were confusing. But mostly it was loud (not inside-outside) and overpriced for what it was. A nice hotel for sure but prices like a luxury and it was just regular. Also we were granted a late checkout but kept getting interrupted with knocks on our door to do housekeeping.

Our room, and indeed the whole hotel, was sparkling clean. Whenever we had a question or an issue, the staff promptly responded. Getting into the hotel was a problem. The roads and all the barricades were very confusing. Breakfasts were scrumptious. The "main" restaurant actually served bar food not restaurant meals. OK, just not what we expected from the description.
