I received a room that wasn’t ready… I went back to reception and was given a room that can fit 4 people instead of 5 like the reservation said… went back to reception and they didn’t have a room for 5… I asked for the extra guest fee to be refunded since my son and daughter had to go find another place to stay at for the week and they refused to return… both the hotel and the app refused the refund. The room smelled like cigarettes, mold on bathroom floor and ceiling, spider webs and yellowish towels … in general not a satisfactory stay. We were traveling from Ohio because my mother in law passed away. So instead of having a peaceful stay it turned into this. For sure I do not recommend the hotel and I will not be staying ever again.

The room, service and hospitality were all top notch. The breakfast was so so because you didn’t offer eggs without cheese. And the potatoes were much too spicy. The juice and coffee were very good. The breakfast room was very comfortable, clean, organized and welcoming. I will definitely stay again the next time I am visiting.
