Welcome to our modern and cozy one bedroom city apartment on a lively commercial street w/parking, less than a mile away from Downtown Providence!
Walking distance to Broadway St, West Fountain commercial corridor, and Providence's west Side.
We hope our renovated unit equipped with a memory foam bed, G-Home mini speaker, projector (stream your favorite shows, movies and more, directly from your personal devices) + other amenities will make for a comfortable, and enjoyable experience!
The space
Located in a lively commercial street in Little Italy parallel to renowned Atwells Ave known as Little Italy given its well known exquisite Italian restaurants, shops, and bars.
We are committed to stocking our space with the basic amenities required for all stays, but if you feel like something is missing, please let us know right away.
Other things to note
As a courtesy to our guests, we offer one (1) off-street parking spot in a parking lot less than a minute (walking distance) from our place. The parking lot is located on the same street as us, and has cameras around the perimeter.
A second parking spot may be accessible depending on availability at an additional $25 fee. ** Please inquire ahead of time **
Parking at the lot is for your convenience, and at your discretion. We do not assume any responsibility over your vehicle or any of its contents.
