Catch a Broadway show at PPAC, enjoy local restaurants and cafés, stroll along the Riverwalk, experience WaterFire on select evenings, or head to the Rhode Island Convention Center and Amica Mutual Pavilion. Brown University, RISD, JWU, and Providence’s major hospitals are all just minutes away.

After a day in the city, come back to a space that feels like your own. Relax in the separate living room, stream a movie, enjoy takeout, or settle in for a quiet evening. The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space when traveling with family or friends.

Having a full kitchen gives you the freedom to stay your way. Keep your favorite drinks and snacks on hand, prepare an easy breakfast before heading out, or enjoy dinner at home when you want a break from restaurants.

The private bathroom is prepared with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and full-size Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, so you can pack a little lighter.

For guests mixing travel with work or study, a dedicated workspace, monitor, fast WiFi, and a comfortable dining area make it easy to stay productive between plans.

An in-unit washer and dryer adds another level of convenience for multi-night stays—refresh clothes when you need to, pack lighter, and settle in comfortably for a few days.

Paid public parking is available nearby. We recommend the garage at 75 Clifford Street, approximately a 3-minute walk from the home. Parking is typically around $20 per 24 hours and often less for shorter stays. Once you’re parked, much of Downtown Providence can be enjoyed on foot.

The home is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. As with any lively downtown neighborhood, occasional city activity may be heard. Blackout curtains and complimentary earplugs are provided for added comfort.
