My only gripe is that we werent made aware of two cards in with our room cards that gave us a couple of free perks at the hotel restaurants. We wouldve used them. We didnt notice them until we were checking out. Also, i could not register on wi-fi. Not a deal breaker.

Great stay!

All staff including valet were friendly and helpful in navigating the property. The check in process with Jerome was smooth and pleasant. Christina was also very kind. The stay was quiet and comfortable. King suite was spacious and clean! I will definitely stay again.

Omni Providence is a beautiful property to enjoy and relax in while visiting Rhode Island. Self park with no in out privileges is not traveler friendly at $20 per day and you will get charged after the first 10 minutes. Valet is $38 a day with in out privileges. Self park in that garage should be free or up to $10 a day.

After a rough start with the staff and conditions of the room, the manager reached out and ensured the rest of our stay went smoothly. This trip was important so I really appreciated her going above and beyond to help! The location is incredibly convenient, there is access to the mall without needing to go outside which is helpful in the winter and at night. The beds are small so, unless you're petite, I would recommend only one person per "double" bed.
