My stay at Kokomo was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist, Wenie, was exceptional and made sure our stay was comfortable every step of the way. She was always available to help, whether we had questions about food, transportation, local attractions, or things to do nearby. Her recommendations were incredibly helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful, ensuring our room was always clean and well-stocked with fresh towels. While the resort was not as modern as I expected based on the photos, it was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a safe area. Overall, my experience was a 10/10. The outstanding customer service and cleanliness made for a great stay, and I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

We had a wonderful first time vacation at this resort. The staff was so attentive and welcoming. The private beach is beautiful, uncrowded and peaceful. Our 2 bedroom cottage was very clean and comfortable and the resort is very quiet at night. The resort is close to everything, just a short drive away from restaurants and shops but feels like a secluded oasis. Thank you to the staff at Kokomo Botanical Resort for an amazing vacation!

We enjoyed our relaxing week at Kokomo, everything was great! The grounds are magical for a garden enthusiast. Best of all was the exceptional service provided by Wenie, she made us feel so welcomed as soon as arriving! Even before arriving Wenie was very helpful in advising us in airport transportation options. Upon arrival rum punch and even surprise birthday decorations for my cousins birthday! Every need was met with a smile. Also very helpful was Maureen and Susana who so kindly showed us the renovations being done to the property as well as giving us the history of the gorgeous Koi & turtles. We also enjoyed a good massage in the onsite spa. Jeffrey the beach shuttle driver was helpful in local recommendations and informed us about Thursday night Fish Fry. All in all we couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at this beautiful property!

What a wonderful place to stay! Ms. Wenie took excellent care of my friends and I. She was very tentative whenever we needed something. The breakfast is fresh and prepared per person everyday. The spa is lovely and serene. I had the BEST swedish massage. They took care of every inch of my body. The room even came with a phone to call any taxi if needed. It was nice to have a private bungalow with short nature walks. There is also a yoga platform with some mild weights. Lunch and dinner were good too. They have a menu with various options. Other than the spa and excursions booked through the resort, you will have to eother use the taxi service or rent a car to explore the island.

Nice and scenic grounds as well as cute & clean little cottages. Our top 2 staff, would be Wenie, she went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great vacation. Also Jeffery the beach shuttle driver is super nice and helped us with all of our questions about getting around the island Plus high five to the chef at the WE Restaurant on site, everything we ordered was really good and affordable, comparing to other restaurants that had good reviews

Very small bathroom, toilet brush and plunger had a pungent odor. Animals crawling on the roof in the early morning.

Isolated. Led to believe it was on the beach and it was not. Had to pay taxis 20 to 40 dollars to get to restaurants and entertainment. Charged extra for a third person and no sleeper sofa. My adult daughter's had to sleep together. No airport shuttle or to anywhere except a substandard Isolated piece of beach and only from 9 to 5. Small cramped cabin, I could stand in shower and brush my teeth in sink. No gym. I have pictures of cabin.
