Modern Beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a pool in high-end residential Turtle tail area.

Sing a Song Villa II is a one of a kind gem. The Pool, has a glass wall that allows you to see out from underwater and you can see in from outside the pool.

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the Greatroom has a full view of the oceanside as well as independent sliding glass door access to the balcony-patio deck. Please note the bedroom are seperated and have different entrances just right next each other. AIot is a completely open and modern floor plan with a 10-foot ceiling and a very nice sized ceiling fan. Limestone Coral French pattern tile through interior and exterior. Independently controlled A/C units throughout so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom but you will probably find you don't even need the A/C considering keeping the windows and doors open in combination with the tall ceilings will give you a wonderful cool breeze.

Laundry room with extra-large capacity appliances. State of the art contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating on the island. 4k UHD LED TV with Apple TV. House includes wifi with the best Internet speeds available on the island.
On the patio deck, the glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no banisters or pilings.

The Beach for Villa Sing a Song II is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like Long Bay and Grace Bay Beaches. It is equipped with Beachbeds with Kingsize Mattresses, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess!
There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Villa I & III which you can also rent together with Villa II at a higher nightly rate. However, If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts

If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. From the Great room and Pool Patio deck, you will get a full view of the ocean and what we feel is the best-kept secret in beaches on the island, superior to even grace bay. If you want quiet, private and still be close enough to the happening spots this will be the perfect home for you.

Place is perfect for two people. We were able to enjoy the pool and beach. Walked out to the island and saw a sting ray. There are neighbors close that played music all evening but was at an enjoyable level. We toured the island a couple of times but you can’t bet the serenity of this place! Would definitely come again.

Excellent Villa and location

The location is amazing, on the less busy side of the island and on a beautiful bay. You can walk out to the islands and it gets no deeper than 4 feet or so. Good privacy from adjacent villas. Pool is a good size for 4 people. Daybeds near the pool and at the beach are nice to have. Villa itself is well equipped and clean. Adeline was an incredible host and took care of us leading up to the trip and while we were there.

Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Fiona we were unable to travel to T&C. However, the property owner Jose is awesome to work with. He communicated frequently and is going to allow us to reschedule our stay. He is one of the best property owners we have worked with out of all our trips!!

Peace and tranquillity

We really loved the location. It’s very private and the beach is so easy to walk down to. It almost felt like a private beach. There were kayaks and paddle boards provided and volleyball and giant chess board to play with. The neighborhood is so quiet. The water isn’t very deep so it’s perfect for kids. So easy to snorkel there and see some really cool fish. Adeline was amazing to work with and so sweet. She responded quickly and hooked us up with jet skis that they delivered to the beach.

Amazing location, private, quiet. Jose was always in communication. His courtesy is much obliged. The water is amazing for young kids.(not too deep) Beds were extremely comfortable, my only complaint…. Couldn’t stay longer! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Location for Privacy

This was one of 3 villas located on the property. We had plenty of privacy, many places to settle into for a vacation where our whole family needed to re charge our batteries. Kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor beds and our own pool... This was a very well thought out design. The host was very responsive and also has a local person to help coordinate local needs. All in all it was a fantastic vacation. KK

Immaculate property

Where do I start? The 7 bedroom villa exceeded our expectations. The villas were equipped comfortable beds, sofas and amazing views. Each villas has a washer and dryer, full size refrigerator and pools. The villas have showers. The property manager was very responsive and answered any and all questions and gave excellent recommendations on the local eateries, night life. Etc. 20/10 i will stay here again.

Beautiful Location But Lacking Some Basic Amenities

The location on the water is unbeatable - gorgeous, quiet and crystal clear water no more than waist-deep all the way to some small islands. The unit itself needs some basic amenities and upkeep though - there were very few cooking supplies and no bakeware for the oven. The furniture is cheap from ikea and there were some broken shelving and cabinets, a sliding door with a broken lock, ants in the kitchen and we quickly ran out of trash bags and toilet paper. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Beautiful

This was 100% the best view, water, and private beach I’ve ever stayed at. Adeline Pierre was our local contact and she was wonderful! The only reason I gave this a 4 was because there weren’t many dishes and the pans were for individual servings. Also, although it sleeps 6, seating is limited. There is an area for a family of 4 to eat at but no more than that. Otherwise, the place is wonderful and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Unobstructed view of paradise

We loved staying at Sing a Song. The windows in the living room and along the terrace lend to the views. The beach is quiet yet the house is a short drive to everything. The house had all we needed with an ample supply of linens, towels, etc. We especially loved the beds at the beach and on the patio. It was a treat to have paddle boards and other toys for the beach and family fun. The only shortcoming was the new construction on the property- which hopefully will be done soon for the next visitors. Jose was very responsive to all of our requests - even when we had a snag. We loved it so much, we ALMOST didn't leave!

Simply Amazing!

My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary at Sing A Song and it was perfect! We’ve been to resorts like St. Lucia’s Jade Mountain and Antigua’s Hermitage Bay. Those resorts were fantastic but staying at our own villa with our own private pool and basically a private beach was an amazing and unique experience. The peacefulness and privacy allowed us to slow down and truly connect and enjoy time with each other. We ventured to Grace Bay to visit a few of the resorts and have a couple of dinners and each time we realized that we made the right decision staying at Sing A Song on the more quiet south side of the island. The host Jose was a great communicator before, during, and after our stay. The Villa was very clean and the grounds very well kept. We would highly recommend a stay here and we would love to return, next time with our kids!

The property is well maintained and clean. The outside beds are a nice touch and we enjoyed the kayaks. This property is great for couples not for a family with young children. Just and FYI, The second bedroom is attached to the main living area by the front walkway. It is not directly connected to the living area, back outside living area or master bedroom. Jose, was very helpful and answered all our questions. It is a very nice place. If you are looking for complete privacy this Place does not have that. There is another home in front of this one. The homes are positioned so that this one does have a wonderful view of the ocean. The sunsets were beautiful! The whole property is very well maintained.
