The front desk associate Michael and guest services manager Vernessa went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Amazing staff and a super clean property. The shuttle to the west property was very convenient and saved us from having to call a cab when going into town.

This resort has a wonderful laid back atmosphere and the most beautiful beach. Having the restaurant steps from the beach is so convenient, never having to change out of your bathing suit to grab a bite. Loved our time there will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Such a nice stay exactly what we needed. Nice room nice staff everyone was so friendly. They have a shuttle that takes you to their sister resort which is walking distance from the town which was so helpful. Beach access and the beach was absolutely beautiful.

Surprised and, to be honest, disappointed that a resort of this calibre has no changing room / shower facility available to use before departing on a long haul flight. Only able to use the fresh water beach shower and a toilet to change in.

We had a great experience staying at Ocean Club Resort ! Everybody was so nice at the reception area, Caroline, Mike. They were always ready to help us. Our 2 br villa in front of the beach was very clean, spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. Nice place to stay with a tennis court. Great location.

We loved our visit to Ocean Club Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we loved having a full kitchen. All the rooms have a screen in porch with gliding doors to the room. You can walk out this way or through your room. We had two rooms and one of the rooms had a door from the screened in porch that did not close tight. There are two pools, one close to the beach where kids were having fun and another close to our rooms that were hardly used. The beach is right there just steps from the restaurant. There were always lots of clean dry towels to use at the beach and pool. This resort is one of the last ones on Grace Bay Beach which makes it less crowded. I would say the only problem was that there are not enough chairs, loungers, and umbrellas on the beach. Guests would find a chair and put a towel on it and then leave for their room. This should not be allowed. You should only be allowed to claim a chair if you are going to be at the beach. The water is a beautiful turquoise blue and in December not as warm as I would expect, but definitely swimmable for a New Englander. Be aware that it gets deep fast and there is a bit of a surf. Lovely place, would definitely go back.

This property is way overpriced for what you get. The included restaurants and on-site store are also way overpriced. They did get money from us for this trip, but what they did not do is create repeat customers, as we will not return to this resort. The only remotely redeeming quality of this resort is the staff - very friendly and professional - though we rarely had any interaction with them. Save your money and choose a different resort.
