I recently stayed at Seascape l and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth, making me feel instantly welcome. I want My townhome was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It really felt like home away from home fully stock with everything you will need. The pool area was relaxing, the gym was well-equipped. I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled of champagne for by Birthday! The location was perfect, within a golfcart ride distance of great restaurants and attractions, yet still peaceful at night.

The rooms are nice and updated, kept very clean and well stocked. Each day they came in and tidied up and made our bed and have fresh towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Daniel was our golf cart chauffeur and was very kind.

Seascape was beautiful and exceptional experience. My wife and I spent 3 nights and 4 days there and the minute we got there was a welcoming and warm greeting from the staffs. Maria,Gail and Shawnette made the experience memorable especially since it was our first time in Turks. Gail and Shawnette made sure we knew all the in and outs about Turks like activities and the local food spots. Let’s not forget our suite was excellent,our room was right in the front . It was more than the perfect size for my wife and I. The room was also equipped with everything we needed.Seascape was literally close by to everything. I mean all the restaurants and activities including. The most we drove was 5/10 minutes . Turks and Caicos will see us back but especially at Seascape!!!

The rooms were spotless, staff was incredibly welcoming. Daniel always seem to be around and available when we needed him. Only feedback would be an option for drinks, snacks, the current vending machine set up, wasn't affective.

Rooms were cleaned every day fresh towels! Property is very well maintained ! Shuttle is always ready for you and Daniel is just a call away for beach chairs and umbrellas!! Staff were amazing and the ladies in the office are absolutely amazing !! We will be staying here on our next visit ! Highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to do the all inclusive!

This is my fourth trip to Turks and the first time staying at Seascape.The staff was kind, helpful, authentic and postive. The made this stay even better than my earlier experiences.

BEWARE OF HUGE COCKROACHES!!! I encountered multiple cockroaches during my stay at BOTH the Seascape hotel building and the townhomes after paying extra to upgrade units. I personally found them inside kitchen cabinets, crawling on bedroom walls, and walking through common areas - several were HUGE and flying. I even watched a toddler chase one near the pool area while her family screamed for her to stop because it was so disgusting. When I reported this, maintenance literally responded “is ok.” It was absolutely NOT ok. Furthermore they did nothing to remedy the issue. I spoke with other guests in the townhouses who confirmed that they also had cockroaches in their units and bought their own raid to try to control the issue, but it was not helping. The property is simply infested with roaches. I have stayed at numerous hotels and villas across Turks & Caicos over several years and have NEVER seen cockroaches anywhere else. Photos taken inside my unit are attached so travelers can make informed decisions before booking.
