The price was good and location to dining and other amenities was great. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. There was a slight odor of sewage most days. More information could be provided on check in as to bike availability, kayaks, breakfast vouchers, beach location. We had to ask about everything. The two bars close by Danny Bouys and Castaways were really noisy every night.

This was an excellent stay. Eva at the front desk was an absolute delight, so helpful and cheerful. The property is in great shape, clean, great shower, beautiful pool area, and walkable to the beach and restaurants. We loved it!

It was a very nice room and especially very quiet and the bed very comfortable. The staff including both Eben (?) and Letitia were very accommodating. The only downside was first two cold showers my wife and I had to take before Phillip--who was exceedingly friendly-- ultimately corrected the problem and finally solved it the second time around. I would recommend this resort to anyone who intended to come to TCI and for a very reasonable price.

My adult son & I played Golf 7 days in a row at the nearby excellent course, beached, dined,rode bikes & parasailed. Enjoyed our accommodations w/ lanai for dominoes. Very convenient to everything we desired, even church twice.

The good, bad and… Good. Staff was great. Rooms and property very clean. Maids were very good as well. Location is close to town so lots of places walkable. Bed was very good. Pool was small but clean. Bad. The room was very dim and the A/C was spotty. Very few amenities but we expected that as it is advertised as 3 star. The Ugly. Terrible shower. The water trickles down with no pressure. At times not even a trickle. There was an alarm going off for days making sitting out at the pool annoying. Pulling into the hotel parking you go through the back of Danny Buoys which is not pretty. No views at all from the hotel. And the worst is that there is no elevator! You will have to lug your bags up 3 flights if on the 3rd floor. No bellman or help either. Paying over $700 per night with taxes I would expect better. It’s not a high end hotel but for that amount, it feels like a bad deal.
