The staff was rude and insulting at the front desk, regarding the payment for the room. I offered to leave the guarantee cash when my card wasn't working, I offered to leave another card number but they were very rude and not cooperative at all. It took me 2 hours to check in.

Room was clean but the shower was not working how it should. The water from the shower head sting your skin because of the force it coming out with. If you turn it down the water gets cold.

The hotel is not worth the price — the Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly, there’s no reception or welcome, no shampoo or soap, the room isn’t very clean… a real disaster.
