The stay was fine but when the hurricane threatened we had to decide to get a flight while they weee available. We left 3 days early and were told no refund! I would never stay here again.

The staff was very attentive and personable. Stacie at the Front Desk and Vasti at beach front were especially friendly and supportive. The entire staff from the front desk to the beach staff were excellent.

The property is modern and the rooms are clean and nice. The staff was excellent - especially the front desk staff. My only complaint is that there was construction going on right next door to us and although construction was supposed to take place between 9am and 4pm, I could hear them banging tools and working as early as 7am.

The oasis was a great place for my husband and I’s first time in Turks and Caicos. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the transportation to and from the beach was amazing especially with the hot weather. The restaurant there had friendly staff and were very welcoming. Definitely would come back for a stay in the future.

Stacie at the front desk made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. There was some construction going on around us but not too disturbing. Shuttle to the beach was really nice. I would recommend staying at this resort. We will be back.

I sent my parents here on a last-minute trip to attend a nearby wedding, and from the moment they arrived, they were treated with the utmost kindness and hospitality. My mom is one tough cookie, but even she said she has *never* experienced such genuine warmth and care. The grounds were spotless, and the rooms were just as clean and welcoming. My parents were blown away by how attentive the staff were—going above and beyond to make sure their stay was perfect. The sweetest touch was when the staff even asked my parents to let them know once they had arrived home safely! This kind of thoughtful service left such an impression that we’re already planning a family trip back. There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for the way they were treated. Thank you so much for making their trip so special!
