Great stay, family of 3 in a garden view 2-room suite. Very spacious and clean. Exceptional stretch of beach, beautiful grounds and location close to shops and restaurants. Outstanding value compared to surrounding properties. Only drawback is the single dining option, but Hemingway's is good and we prefer to get out and try spots off-property anyway. We'll most definitely be back,

This was our second time returning to The Sands. The rooms are spotless! Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. Hemingways is amazing! Great food and the best waitstaff. The beach views can’t be beat and there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax by the ocean. Someone is always there to lend a hand if needed. I can’t say enough about The Sands! It was a great experience and we can’t wait to go back!

Resort is nice and the beach is amazingly beautiful- right on Grace Bay. Hemmingway, on-site restaurant, is very good. Our room was not ready on time but Staff was wonderful especially Dianne and Shasha(concierge). Short walk to shops and restaurants. Shuttle to sister hotels(The Palms and Shore Bay) is a plus. Love staying at The Sands. It was our 4th time staying there and our preferred place to stay. It is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive. The beach is perfect and not too crowded. You can get an umbrella and lounge chair without going out at 6am to save it. Hemingway’s is delicious and has the best view. Pool is very nice too!
