It was great, clean , enough space, air conditioned, property manager is very friendly and will give you recommendations for dinner or to help get you a taxi to go dine or for excursions. The hotel was lovely/modern. The staff was incredible. The beach was located steps away it was so convenient. Although we had a car rental the grace bay shops were walking distance. The beach was incredible and the pool was refreshing. We watched the kids swim in it from our balcony-they enjoyed it after the beach. Overall it was wonderful.

We had the most amazing family vacation for my 50th birthday. The staff, especially Brenda made my birthday so special and heartwarming it brought tears to my eyes! Everyone was friendly and professional and went out of their way to ensure we had transportation and reservations anytime we requested it. Will miss my friends at The Tides and we can’t wait to go back xoxo

We really enjoyed our stay at The Tides. The one-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large patio and partial water view. The well-equipped kitchen, along with the washer and dryer, made it feel like a home away from home. The property is small, quiet, and relaxing, just steps from Grace Bay Beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Brenda was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. A great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful alternative to the larger resorts.

Definitely recommend The Tides. Office staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The handy man/pool guy was great. He would carry your bags to your room, set up beach chairs, etc. They work very hard and it shows. Definitely will be back.
