Overall a great a trip I would recommend staying here the staff is very friendly, the scenery is great and they have plenty of things to do. The roof top bar brought great views along with very friendly bartenders even at JoJo’s cafe the had great waitresses and a great bartender. The beach staff were great as well very kind and respectful.

The room was clean and contemporary. The property has a beautiful reef and the beach. The location is fantastic—truly a highlight of the stay. While the front desk staff could be a bit more enthusiastic and attentive, overall, it was a great experience.

Most staff were extremely friendly. Especially those in the upstairs breakfast room. Got a nice upgrade to a lovely suite, but there was an odd odor in it that was never addressed when brought to their attention. Luckily I brought air freshner. Lovely view. I appreciated the free shuttle that took guests to get groceries.

Terrible staff in the JOJos and Dunes eating area, as well as by the pool. Very rude! Everyone else was good just that area! The food was terrible I wasted $160 on Caribbean night and it was disgusting barely any food choices and the meat was rubbery. Very expensive!

Beautiful property! Our room was oceanfront suite. It was gorgeous and so spacious for two. You could probably fit way more people. We had one full bathroom and a half. Housekeeping came and for turndown service which was nice. food could be a bit better with more options but not bad. We would defo stay there again, it feels like you have the beach to yourself. Very private where the resort is and quiet!

Incredible location! If you like snorkeling this is a perfect place to stay. Just footsteps from the beach and some beautiful, calm waters it is a location not to be missed. The hotel rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is wonderful. Be sure to ask for Garey, the concierge (butler) to make reservations or other arrangements on the island. He made sure our reservations and transportation were perfect. The hotel restaurants were very nice with solid food options and great service. Having a kitchen in the suite was a really nice option even though we didn't take advantage of it other than morning coffee. The pool, rooftop bar and spa were all great. Clean, well serviced, and nicely sized. Also, this hotel is pricy, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Worth it!

Firstly, the staff from the front desk to the security and pool boy are very welcoming and friendly. Kynesha was very helpful throughout our stay. I was truly impressed by all their professionalism. The room was immaculate and new. Everything was so worth every penny. Breakfast was good. Could have had breakfast at tables overlooking the beach. Outdoor fireplace at night was beautiful. Didn’t do the bar, but did use the hot tub on roof top. Also watched the sun set from rooftop. Beach was also beautiful, there weren’t any life guards really. We really loved our stay.

Service not great At check in , they said that will bring a complementary drink to us and never did Food options at restaurants on property very poor Continental breakfast is poor They limit you to one towel per person at resort where we paid 700$ per night it is laughable Music extremely loud by the pool at night Staff mostly not friendly or polite
