The fireplace was inoperative and the innkeeper could have cared less so be aware no fireplace. Gave some excuse that didn’t make a lot of sense. The breakfast was sparse even for a continental breakfast.

Property is within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping and activities. There is parking behind the guest house for guests which is great. You never have to move your vehicle after you arrive. A shout out to Joan and Mae who made our stay special!

Location and view were amazing, especially during sunrise. We were right downtown and had a view of the entire harbor from our room. Breakfast wasn't anything extraordinary. The housekeepers were incredibly nice.

Only issue was my room was on the first floor at it got very noisy with staff and guests early. Got woken up at 6:45am and it stayed loud from then on. Love the location and the property is terrific.

What a wonderful visit

What an incredible place. Our room had an amazing view so it was hard not to just stay in and enjoy it! The hosts were very accommodating and the guess house dog is just the cherry on top. We will definitely stay here again.

The view from the deck is breath taking. Unfortunately the room needs major work. The doors to the room and the deck would not close properly without slamming it shut with your body. The deck doors would not lock, and the screen doors would not open properly. The hot water turned cold whenever you filled the tub or took a shower. There was no place to hang your towels when you were in the shower unless you used the toilet paper holder stand. The remote controls needed instructions to use but there were no instructions available. The bed was horrible, the springs were shot and it was like sleeping in a pot hole. I would not recommend the hotel.

Charming property, excellent location. Cleaning staff was outstanding! Minor problems with broken screen door handle on porch, main door to room warped and hard to open/close, emergency exit door at end of hall was broken. Room was huge, clean and comfortable.
