Welcome to the website for our waterfront home in Provincetown’s eastside gallery district – close to Angel Foods and PAAM, the art museum. For over five years we looked for a special place to buy; we found it and are pleased to make our home available to guests when we’re not in residence (including your under 25 lb. dog). Please note this unit is part of a smoke-free community.
Our home is spotless and we try to ensure it has what you need to relax and enjoy your time in Ptown. We are close to the town’s shops, galleries, clubs and outdoor activities.
Up one flight of private outside stairs into the second story of Bayshore Condominiums, is a year-round home, with a fully equipped cook’s kitchen and spectacular 180° views of the harbor and lighthouse from the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and one of the bedrooms.
The gas fireplace takes the chill off during cool summer evenings and is especially nice to enjoy with morning coffee in winter. There is a large private furnished outdoor deck and in-season direct beach access through the Bayshore gardens.
Our home has two bedrooms; the one on the main level has a queen bed. The other is in the loft up a spiral staircase, with two twin beds and a sitting area overlooking the living room and views of the harbor. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with windows and walk-in showers. There is a separate office off the upstairs bedroom. There is a parking space and in-unit washer and dryer.

Cancellation Policy:
If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
