Staff, greeted at the front door with a big smile and friendly. The room is very nice, too, not over done but comfy. We noticed the elevator floor was wet - probably someone from the pool - brought it to the attention of the front desk and when we came back with our belongings it had been wiped up.

Nice stay. The place made me think of a college dorm with new stuff. I'm not sure if college kids would like it, but that's the vibe it gave off. Metal trashcans in the room. Bright yellow squeeze bottles on the wall for soap and shampoo. Metal / Ikea type furniture.. stuff that comes in a box and has to be assembled. The staff were college age kids wearing tee-shirts. Sort of like a dorm RA. Pool table in the lobby. The tiniest paper coffee cups for the lobby coffee machine you can find. 8.5" walmart type paper plates at the breakfast area. Yogurt from a big-ole plastic bag jammed into a free standing yogurt dispenser. Put your tiny cup under the spout and out comes the yogurt. I did sleep pretty well and the stand-up shower worked well. Towels were bright, white, clean but a little thin. In the hallway facing the elevators were whiteboards and markers so you could jot down your feelings or favorite bars.... a very clean college dorm. I never felt like an adult there. Staff was bubbly. The young lady that checked us in at 7pm was still there at 7am... a little less bubbly.... seemed like she had a LONG shift. The rate was descent and the place was clean. I did not regret staying there, but I probably would pick someplace else the next time. Not really a older person's vibe.

Hotel was clean and best of all GREAT location. You need to get those elevators serviced!!!!!!! I wasnt the only one uneasy in them, complete strangers and I talked inside them that they felt like something was wrong. When it would stop it would shake before the door would open. Loud noises. In both elevators different issues

At first glance you’d think the room was clean. But the bathroom door had brown splatters on it. And I kept finding long black hair stuck to our feet or clothes (we are al blonde and have short hair). Breakfast was disappointing. They have cool pancake maker, but the pancakes were still doughy. Sausage Patti’s weren’t particularly tasty, and the orange juice tasted like water. The only cool thing was the pool. Though the pool towels could use replacing. They’re so scratchy, my toddler wouldn’t dry off with them. For what we paid, very disappointing.

There were toe nail clipping gs on the ground when we arrived as well as sticky steps on the floor. Also the breakfast was out of almost everything and not being restocked at all. Very disappointed and told the front desk. They did not offer to do anything except tell housekeeping.
