Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Substandard service

The check in time is 2 pm but advertised as noon time. Room was not clean and ready upon arrival at 3 pm on 26th dec 2023. Only 1 towel was provided although had booked room for 2 guests. Hot water was not available for shower. Car parking area is very limited. Reception response was below par. Better options available close by in the vicinity such as Treebo hotels which gives much superior service at similar pricing.
