Asco de atencion y servicio al cliente.

Habitaciones en mal estado, camas incomodas y viejas. Paredes llenas de humedad, baño super pequeño y en mal estado. Una de las recepcionistas me dijo que no podia darme papel o una bolsita para yo mismo recojer los desechos de mi cachorro, que por el cuidado del medio hambiente, pero en sus botes de basura ponen bolsas. Le pedi papel sanitario y me dijo que no tenia, que podia ir a la vuelta a comprar uno, entonces tuve que subir a la habitacion en el utlimo piso para bajar papel y recojer lo del perro. Luego ya estando hasta arriba, hizo que me fueran a buscar una de las chavas de limpieza que por que el cachorro se habia hecho del uno y debia limpiar. Ya baje le pregunte a donde e hizo que otro chavo me llevara en donde a donde se supone que se hizo el perrito, estaba completamente seco y limpio y cuando le dieron aviso lo unico que hizo fue decir por radio, dile que una disculpa. De verdad que pesimo trato de esa señora, que para dar atencion al cliente no tiene ni idea y no es por que me hizo limpiar los desechos de mi perro, mas bien por sus respuestas sin sentido, les pedi fact.. y me dijeron que solo se podia el pago de la habitación, el pago por lo que cobraron por noche por el perro no lo podian fact... No me dio ningun recibo, no se si se quedo con ello. Al final no recomiendo para nada este lugar, el tren pasa cada 3 horas y hace un ruido insoportable. Todo por desesperado y no buscar mas en mejor ubicacion y por cierto el internet NO SIRVE.
