Absolutely disgusting experience. The room reeked of urine from the moment we walked in. We tried everything—making coffee, spraying perfume—but nothing covered the stench. The shower and bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the fan wouldn’t stay on, making the room even more unbearable. I messaged staff through Expedia about the urine smell upon arrival and never received a response. To make matters worse, you could smell the same foul odor in the hallways. Avoid this place at all costs.

Two Night Stay at La Quinta

We went to La Quinta Inn and Suites, in Pueblo, CO, the one on Elizabeth Street,for two nights. It was all around a good trip. The hotel has great staff and decent rooms. No one bothered us, and we got the rest we needed.

Front desk was not helpful when i got charged a $75 deposit that was not disclosed, they also agrued with me when i went down and asked for sheets for a pull out bed. Also got back license plate stolen from front area parking lot. I have stayed here before and never had a problem. Was told it has new management

Blow drier didnt work, had asked for another said she wouldnt be able to bring it to me if she had one but would call me back in 5 minutes, never heard from her again. Was also not informed about doors not working to get into building or that the front door is locked at 11. Sam was great at check in and making sure my room was the one i needed
