We loved this resort. Rooms were great, we booked two privileged level rooms. They were so clean. The staff were friendly. Food was delicious. Suggestion to be sure to book your reservations for dinner’s the night you get there for the whole time. We were able to get into three reservations. And we did have dinner one night at Beloved. We spent a day at each of the five pools. Loved the two swim up bars. Make sure to check the theatre schedule as we found the shows to also be worth it. Great selection of items in both of the shops as well. We also loved that we could walk to the marina. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and eating at the burrito restaurant. We were able to swim at the beach without beach shoes, although it is a little rocky in spots. I would recommend taking a snorkel and mask as we purchased one there. There are a lot of fish to see just at the resort in the ocean. Definitely would recommend this resort.

The restaurants were excellent. They had a variety of food options including healthy food, drinks and snacks. Everyone working in the hotel was professional and friendly. We had excellent service. The pool was cold. The beach is rocky and do not access direct to the ocean. There is a barrier with a swimming area in the ocean. There were no many entertaining options. The bar area at night was limited. But overall we had a great experience. We had 2 tours. The one to cenotes were excellent!

The resort was very beautiful. The room was updated and was cleaned almost twice a day. A lot of the staff were very friendly but if you had questions you needed to go to the front desk. Most of the staff did not speak any English. You only receive 2 glass bottles of water in your room and you cannot get bottles of water anywhere on the resort. We even went to the front desk and asked for more water and we were told no, they will send someone to our room. They brought 2 extra glass bottles of water. You do get a mini fridge in your room and it was stocked daily with assorted soda and 2 cans of beer. We left a tip and note asking housekeeping for extra towels and more beer.... nope. I guess 10usd was not enough. At any given time the water that was available was filtered water they serve you in a cup. There is also no wait staff for around the pool or beach areas. Another interesting bit was they do not serve any alcohol before 11am. Strange. We arrived at the resort at 10:30 pm and all the restaurants and bars were closed. We were told that there was a restaurant opening at 11 but they did not serve alcoholic drinks. If we wanted a drink we would have to wait for the night club to open.... After hours delayed at the airport a person just wants a stiff drink and food, not waiting around for a night club. Strange. The bed in our room was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Pool area was nice. Not a zero depth pool Good entertainment by pool We had a broken elevator the entire week we were there we were on the fourth floor had to move rooms. We were not compensated for all the inconvenience. My room had flies in it, and I had many mosquito bites. The resort seems to be an older resort in need of more upkeep.

Th AC was at 76 degrees. I went to the front desk three times and told them. They sent one guy the first day and he told me they will call me later which they didn’t. I went the next day and told them and they sent a different maintenance guy. He tried but said the AC was not circulating. We had another room for kids and their AC worked very well. On the 4th day I called an they said they will send someone. Nothing was ever done. They didn’t try to accommodate us by switching rooms. Front kept saying they’re waiting for the manager. The bathroom sink was linking and I also addressed that to them because the counter kept getting wet. Two different maintenance guys looked at and said they have to get approval. Staff at the front desk were very rude. Food and drinks were good. That’s it! I wouldn’t recommend this resort.

Had the worst experience with the security team and guest services on my last day there (today). Guest services lady was rude, talking in Spanish to other staff about me in a rude way (I DL a translator app on my daughter’s iPad so I could understand what she was saying). Security manager wouldn’t look at the cameras, even while saying there were cameras at the location it went missing. I asked them to check the “staff only” area as my map showed that’s where my iPhone was last seen before it was likely turned off. Security manager wanted to follow his “process” by flipping my bed mattresses & going through my belongings to rule out I didn’t have it. I recorded a bit of it- I couldn’t believe how ridiculous all this was. They had no intention to help. They lied continuously. I called them out on their lies (I.e. I asked if the staff only area was a locker area, guest service lady said no, although staff were walking out of there with purses and bags, and coming out without it). They wouldn’t let me use their phone to call the police to file a complaint. The whole situation was so messed up. I’ve heard of horror stories like this, but never encountered it firsthand until now. Entertainment staff, cleaning staff and restaurant staff were excellent. Guest services needs to get rid of this lady, & the security team really needs a new boss. Definitely going to be staying at better quality hotels in the future. Won’t be going back there. My phone was eventually turned in by a guest

Room was nice. Outdoor tub is aged. Service was friendly. Food is monotonous except at ala cartes. Not particularly celiac friendly.

The rooms are clean. The grounds resort were nice and clean as well. I felt the staff were very nice and attentive. The beach wasn’t the greatest, but that is expected. It’s great for snorkeling. The buffet was repetitive but did enjoy the food.

Third time here and it never disappoints. Food is great. Staff is great and the people that provides the service are awesome and always very helpful and polite. We had the best time and we'll definitely be back.
