Kanan (I’ve hopefully have that correct as she deserves recognition) was amazing. we we’re put in a terrible situation with the villa we had booked, in that it was inhabitable, awful. Location of the hotel is just great with nice and unobstructed views on both the ocean and Teide. The hotel itself looks a bit outdated and seems to have its great days back in the 90's but do not be put back by this as everything else including staff and food makes this up.
