Bright, spacious studio apartment in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, directly on the Plaza del Charco aquare, on the very top floor of the building. Recently renovated by the owner and lovingly decorated. From the balcony you can enjoy the magnificent view over the palm trees to the old town and beyond to the sea. Unlike standard studios, this one has a separate kitchen from the living area. This accommodation is fully equipped and ideal for long-term travelers or for a shorter stay. As usual in studios, the living and sleeping area is united in a large room, but the kitchen is in a separate room. In front of the bed is a reading area and the cozy sofa is ideal for relaxing or watching TV. A large, sunny all-day, community rooftop terrace is at the guests' disposal. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Taoro Park over the Teide volcano to the sea. Ideal for sunbathing or drying the laundry.
