It is a stone-throw away from the Playa Martiánez beach and Lago Martiánez - the famous swimming pool complex designed by the famous artist César Manrique. In the surroundings there is a wide range of leisure, bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket, and nearby parking. An ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this part of the city.
