Stay on the whole for a short work-related trip was fine, pool area attractive, open concept lobby and dining a plus, evening service in restaurant warm/friendly. My only real gripe would be the fact guests are unable to access an iron and ironing board. This was very inconvenient as I arrived late on a Monday and could not even iron a shirt post-travel for a meeting the following morning. While a laundry service is offered, it's pricing and delivery times are ludicrous by any standard. $25.000ARS and 24 to 36-hour wait time to iron a shirt, which I could do in my room in 5 minutes and might need early the following day for business meeting? $50.000ARS if I want same-day delivery? To iron a shirt that may only be worth $100.000ARS itself? This math is simply a non-starter for even the most affluent of guests. Guests should at least be able to access an iron and ironing board from Housekeeping in their room when they need something straightforward and timely like a shirt for the following morning. I ended up having to wear a less wrinkled polo shirt under a suit jacket for 2 days straight owing to a refusal on principle to pay such costs over and above my accommodation. I would stay here again but this is unfortunately an easily corrected irritant for some guests, which I expect would have no real bearing on the hotel's bottomline. All the best.
