We went in June. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach so we didn’t get in the water. The food was my least favorite. I was hoping to get authentic Mexican food considering being in Mexico but everything tasted American washed, sin sazon! I would definitely consider going somewhere else. This place is great for quietness, families, and elders if you’re not too picky with food and just want some quiet time. The staff was prompt and nice. I will say the room service food was better than their restaurants

The daiquiris were amazing, the beer was cold, the tequila was great! Isn’t have any Jack Fire for my wife. Bourbon selection was limited.

It was a great resort even tho it’s a family resort, I went for my birthday trip with adults I can honestly say we had a great time, so much that we partied with the kids. The resort has a lot to do at night time,& things in the daytime as well but the night time at the resort was lit ! Everyone partied together played games & had a lot of TEQUILA! The food there is great as well even down to room service we had a butler as well Alexander & he made sure we had everything we needed. During my stay I damaged my eye prior to arriving there, I was able to do a zoom with a Doc in Mexico & at a low cost I found that to be amazing he was able to prescribe me eye drops. I was able to call the help desk and this woman Kenia Ramirez was able to fill my prescription with a local pharmacy & get it delivered! She was a sweetheart she went above & beyond her job ! She checked on my everyday my entire stay.. I appreciated her hospitality and she didn’t have to do that. That woman is God sent she even made sure I was safely back home in the states ! That’s my girl this hotel has great staff and they make sure you have a great stay, down to the bartenders ! They deserve good tips ! I left with so many memories and meeting new people ! I partied with one eye and had a time Lol

We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to our butler Sandy, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable — every detail was perfect, and her care truly elevated our entire experience. Erika, my masseuse, was absolutely amazing — one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She created such a calming, restorative space. Our whole family had a blast enjoying the variety of delicious food options and especially loved the fun water activities — something for everyone! We’re already talking about coming back. Some of the staff were not very nice. Which can ruin a vacation. They made us felt uncomfortable and it was not a good feeling. Some of the staff was nice but the few who were not made it a not so good vacation. We stayed at another resort and it was amazing everyone was nice and it was beautiful.

My husband, 15 month old, and I had a great stay at the Hyatt Ziva! We loved that it was all inclusive, and we didn’t need to leave the hotel for anything if we did not want to. The staff was all super friendly. The drinks and food were all good and pretty comparable to other all inclusives I’ve been too. I will say that each night they only had two of the restaurants open, but we did stay for night so it rotated, which was nice so fortunately, we did get to try them all out! The only negative thing I have to say is that the beach is very small, and I couldn’t tell this from pics. This didn’t matter that much since we were going during seaweed season anyways, so we were not planning to go to the beach there anyways. We did take a day trip to Isla Mujeres the beach there was gorgeous!!! A must do!
