Lo Bueno Las instalaciones del hotel son impresionantes. Todo muy limpio, habitaciones muy cómodas… Muchas atracciones y entretenimiento para niños. Las bebidas del bar son muy buenas!!! Lo Malo La Comida del buffet es muy poco variada y no es de la mejor calidad, entiendo que era temporada baja pero deben mejorarla pues es una pena que con tan buenas instalaciones tengan una propuesta gastronómica tan limitada. Los restaurantes a la carta no impresionan, el snack de la playa fue lo único bueno en cuanto a la comida. El aguachile es excelente!!! Lo Mejor El entrenamiento y el servicio son clase aparte… EXCELENTE!!! El entrenamiento es Super!!! Especialmente el señor de animación Angel Calzada, no pude irme del hotel sin preguntarle su nombre pues realmente ANGEL ES EL ALMA DEL HOTEL!!!”” El servicio que recibimos de parte de la Señora Karina ( por si me confundí con su nombre recuerdo que ella usa lentes y tiene pelo negro) en el buffet principal en horario de desayuno y almuerzo fue uno de los mejores que hemos recibido!!!

The worst experience ever. We were a family of 7 (4 kids and 3 adults) Upon checking in - we saw that the kids pool area is closed for renovation and they tried saying that they have an extra area in the pool for kids. This was not the case. There was no where mentioned when we were booking that they were renovating. In the pool the steps are not noticeable and my kids hurt their feet and shins multiple times giving them bruises and bleeding into the pool. The smell the from the ocean was absolutely awful!!! It’s was like rotten eggs with sulfur combined. They don’t bother at all cleaning the seaweed. The ocean water was just brown and honestly really looked like an oil spill or something. The smell extended into the room - my family got sick within the first hour of being there. Kids started to puke. The room had a water leak that left a puddle in our room and you can see mold growing in the corners. Called to have someone come fix it, no one came. The rooms need major renovations!!! Dinner options are very limited - like 2 restaurants and you have to reservations. As you can imagine, you can’t make reservations on your first night. It’s very overpriced for such a poor quality of this resort. The manager was avoiding us and didn’t want to fix anything at all, was told that he was in a meeting, but we saw him eating in the Buffett. Was promised a refund but that didn’t happen. We have been to multiple resorts - this was the worst service and quality ever.

The stay overall was very good. The staff was great and always friendly and helpful. They would go out of their way to get you whatever they could. The facilities they have are good, the restaurants are good as well. The pools are great and the kids look is also a great place to allow the little ones to play. It's a bit off the beaten path and a smaller resort. Nothing is exceptional but nothing was bad either. The room was clean and had a nice view. The beach was basically unusable with the sargassum and the water wasn't clear or great looking. Not their fault as this was a very bad season for sargassum and they did a decent job at trying to keep it clean. Overall very pleased.

Absolutely loved this resort. First time and will be returning. 5 night 6 day stay and we felt like we could definitely have stayed more and not got bored. Soo many activities for the kids to do. It’s a good sized resort furthest thing from you will be a 7 minute walk. Not too big nor too small. Kids had a blast and always something to do. Coffee was great. (Virgin) drinks were great! A heady amount of vegetarian options available. The gym was well equipped for any of your workout needs. Samantha lead a rebounding class and BOY was it challenging. Zenia lead Zumba and we worked up a sweat! Rained for a day during our stay and we didn’t feel it because of all the other activities available. Kids club did a fantastic job at keeping the kids occupied. Haven’t even returned home and I had to get this review in. Such a great experience 10 out of 10.

Resort is family friendly - loved the kids play area and she yoga/gym by the disco club. Staff played a role in this. Hotel is amazingly clean. It rained and it still stayed clean as staff was available round the clock. Even while dining they are actively cleaning. You make a mess, they sweep the floors, re-arrange your table - you name it. Less than 30 minutes drive from the airport. They don’t provide a shuttle service with the package but there’s a separate service offered by Amstar that operates out of the hotel lobby that can be provided - I found this very helpful for the round trip to and from airport and for excursions. It makes you feel safe. They are on time with airport shuttle and tours. The hotel staff even helped to ensure you get on the right shuttle back to the airport. Restaurants: They have a main buffet - everyday service. Their Mexican themed night was great. Otherwise, the buffet is mainly the same with a few changes to some proteins, but protein, fruits, cheeses, breads, yogurt, cereal, smoothies - freshly done on spot, ice cream, liquor, juices, tea and other sides are all available! They have three main restaurants otherwise to choose from - another Mexican specialty, Steakhouse & Italian. I must add, IVAN from the Steakhouse was so warm - he made the service experience amazing! Offered great food and drink options to choose from. He understands how you want your steak. Conversational and helped to take photos. There’s a tea house on site too!

Our butlers Joao and Humberto did an awesome job! Clean room and excellent staff. Food was not good first few days but last few days was excellent. My husband was in love with the fried calamari. We had a tropical storm during our which was no fun for our stay but I’m sure it’s beautiful if you have the sunshine.

This hotel is wonderful for families. They cater to children of all ages. They even have a cinema that plays different movies everyday. The only down side, it is in Spanish with English subtitles. The staff are exceptional and helpful. The food was ok. They also have adult only sections if you want to be excluded from the children at the hotel. Beat experience ever. Would definitely go back.

This resort is so beautiful 10/10. The lobby is breathtaking, the ambience is giving vacation vibes. and smells so good aromatherapy. I got the amber room with the Jacuzzi it was so beautiful and right next door was the amber lounge. Daily housekeeping was 24/7 The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is excellent so many options. The rodeo steakhouse is very appetizing as well reservations needed. There are Mexican restaurant reservations needed, Italy restaurant reservations needed, and coffee/ tea shop. the staff is very welcoming everyone treats you like a family here, big shoutout to Sensira team Marcos, Rafael, Humberto, Bellmar, Ruperto, Tony, Eva, Karina, Julio, Cristian, Alexzender, Suri, Angye ,Elisa, Angel, Angel Chocolate , Ana. Thank for a nice stay and I'l definitely be back again. Also the resort is family friendly and 4 outdoor pools / cold plunge. Only this for me was the ziplining was closed for maintenance and there is a spa for full services massages and gym. So many fun things to do here.

Love this resort beautiful layout swimming pool in ocean front with breathtaking views. Portrait view from my suite don’t have to step outside sunrise in my face every single morning and moonlight every night while you enjoy your indoor Jacuzzi. All staff members are so friendly treat you like a family. Specially the butler service since the day when you check in and last day, checking out, they’ve been taking care of your on daily basis whatever you request they will provide. Overall, me and my wife really enjoying this place nothing to complain and we’re planning Be back next year.
