I will start with the bad: AIR CONDITIONING IN RESTAURANTS AND THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL DOES NOT WORK, we sweated every meal, really uncomfortable. A/C in room is fixed at a pre-set temperature, really annoying. Road to get to property very unsafe, dangerous and could damage a low car. We found the strainer in our shower uncovered so room smelled like sewage. Water came out of the shower al the way into the closet covering the way into the toilet, my baby slipped. Call for someone to mop and no one answered, had to come down to front desk to request and they never came, they brought towels instead. Even though is all inclusive, they charge extra for room service, never saw that one before. Apparently everyone is new, no one knew stuff because they had been there for 2 days only, seems like a made up excuse to not help guests. Bartenders, front desk personnel and waiters lack service training or are very discouraged, service is below average for Cancun. You have to wake up before 6 am to separate your beach chairs or you will not have one for the day. The good: Hotel is beautiful and has very nice amenities like a zip line and a kids jumping area, splash pad & they have a baby care club too. Michael Jackson’s show was really impressive Food and beverages are of good quality, the Mexican restaurant was DELICIOUS. Rooms are ample and well decorated They don’t do reservations for dinning which I find great because last thing I wanna do is get out of the pool to make one.

Very disappointed with our stay. The staff was kind and hard working but there was a lot left to be desired. The food was a big problem. Bugs on the food in the buffet, obvious left overs being served, messy dinning area. The seat saving was on another level in the pool area. People saving every chair with no one actually using them leaving the people at the pool or beach left without a chair. Rude and inconsiderate guests leaving trash every where. The beach area was filthy and smelly. Why is it $5 to use an old kayak? The grill restaurant is very disorganized. I beg of you to please take reservations, and not have guests just standing there in a line all night. We waited a very long time and then got the wrong food and were rushed out for the next group. This was not a relaxing experience for me and my family. The entertainment crew, mini golf and the drinks/ coffee were the highlights. I would not come back, no thank you.

I wish the dining & bar options were open a bit later than 10pm. Or Have A Place were you can get food all the time.. I also didn’t like that the food down by the kids area were cold ( please invest in heating lamps) They also need more entertainment at the resort ( for the live shows ) other then that everything was fine.

Really enjoyed the butler service provided by Cristian and Joao. They took the decision-making out of when and where to have dinners every night so we could fully relax. They also facilitated scheduling spa services, luggage pickup, and helped with getting our mini-bar restocked with more water bottles and drinks. We enjoyed the included Bali beds by the pool/beach and service was wonderful throughout.

A great property for families. I’m not sure i agree with architecture of the bridges over the pool, this made staying the sun a challenge. I highly recommend they invest in heating the pools, they are very chilly.

We loved this place! Didn't expect much of the food but everything was delicious. Food and rooms as nice as places double the cost. Staff as professional as Ritz Carlton. Our 3 year old loved all the kids programs and playground. HIGHLY recommend!

It was the perfect stay for Spring Break with the kids!! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Food was great, and wonderful amenities for adults and kids!

The customer service is good, but I have concerns about the lack of seating areas for the beach and pool areas and the lack of sanitation at the kids play places. The beach was littered with seaweed and there were plenty sting rays within shallow areas close to shore which made going in the water undesirable. The food buffet stands should be monitored because I’ve witnessed kids putting their hands directly in foods. Also, the food selections were poor and never hot or warm. The kids movie had so many technical problems. The furniture within the kids place at the trampoline had wobbly tables. The elevator buttons were always filthy and the trash within the hallway on my floor was never thrown out during my entire stay. I had a safety concern with the door to the hotel room where it wouldn’t slam shut. Sensira has potential, but it is not one of the best. It lacks within so many areas.

Staff are amazing, Amber Suite had butler sevice so it was very convenient. Also great quality and variety of food choice. Would visit here again!

It's a smaller resort on the seaweed side. The unique layout obstructs the sun over the adult pool most of the day. Very family friendly. Everyone there had kids. Adult activities lacking.

This was a great resort for our young family. There were good food options, fun things for the kids to do and wonderful staff. The room was as comfortable and clean. The beach was clean and beautiful but most people were more interested in the pools. The zipline was a highlight for my kiddos. Overall a great place for people with kids under 10 years old.

Had a fun time, they followed food safety protocols. Seen them taking temps, checking sani levels, changing buffet utensils. The pools were gross, just foggy and full of sand and sunscreen. The clean pool was FREEZING.
