Amazing Experience for my family. Definitely a family resort with tons of activities for kids (we had 6 year olds and a 12 and 13 year old). The rooms were spacious and the property well kept. The bars had top shelf alcohol and the food at the steakhouse was super yummy. Great experience.

Wonderful hotel! The rooms were beautiful, and spacious. We have a family of 4, the kids loved the bunk bed! The food was incredibly delicious! The people were very friendly and accommodating. The kids made many friends on this trip. The hotel is kid friendly beyond what we could hope for, game rooms, trampoline area, fun rooms, movie theater! Hang gliding was a hit for both my kids and husband. We loved our stay and will return.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were good. There were 3 great pools and a nice swim up bar. There were good activities for the kids, including a zip line, mini golf, and a game room.

We were there 6-13 June and apparently that’s low season so all the dining options were not available during our stay. Also the Aquapark for the kids was closed for repairs for our entire stay and Expedia did not inform us so that was unfortunate. You can see that they are upgrading as they go along, as all the air hockey tables were removed for replacement I presume while we were there. Overall, the food was good, the rooms comfortable and the staff mostly very friendly so we enjoyed our stay. My family has been here twice before so I guess we are comparing it to two and three years ago when it was extraordinary. I would say definitely consider it as it is a very good price for what you get and you will have a good time.

My husband and I stayed for three nights. We received a warm welcome upon arrival by our butter. Joao and later Raphael and Luis at the buffet restaurant all did excellent job taking care of us . The Ruby room is the best for couples. It has spectacular views. We enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi overseeing the ocean. Dining in the buffet was good. Some days have a variety choices . The Mexican restaurant was a disappointment and needs improvement. It has the poorest quality food and we left without eating. Another improvement that we think is needed is room service menu. It needs variety. Over all it is a clean beautiful place we will plan to return again.

Great for families and kids under 12. Food was good and the hotel is nice and clean, staff seemed unhappy except for the entertainment staff. The shows were really good with great performances. The kids pool Seemed dirty with lots of debris and the slide needs a better jet propeller to help the kids slide down otherwise stuck in the tunnel one. No bad days at sensira.

The staff and dinner quality was above average. However, breakfast, lunch options and the quality of the food was limited. The water park for kids was not in operation for our first 5 days.

This was the second year in a row we took a family vacation and stayed at Sensira. Unfortunately the quality was not as good this year. Many of the events were cancelled, the mechanical bull was not operating the entire trip although we were told it would be open on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, two restaurants were closed and those that were open did not have all food available even though listed on the menus. Even the kids club didn’t have the events on time or at all. The staff were still friendly, especially Anna, Henry and Juan. We still had a good time, but it was noticeably poorer quality than last year at this time.
