OUR CONDO IS AN OCEAN FRONT UNIT, Coronado 1406 (building closest to the beach), It is on the 14th floor, right below the penthouses. Coronado has the easiest access to the beach and pools of all the buildings. 2000 sq feet total, including the 400 sq ' deck.

Our condo is a premium unit, given size, proximity to beach, extra sleeping options with bunkroom, Phase 2 location and amenities. It also has 'STUNNING VIEW FROM A HUGE BALCONY DOWN THE LONG SANDY BEACH' of the Sea of Cortez?

OUR CONDO BOASTS THE LARGEST GREAT ROOM AND IS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE FLOOR PLANS AT LAS PALOMAS RESORT. Both of the 2 bedrooms provide King beds and direct access to a bathroom. This condo has very easy access to the beach and to both Phase I and Phase II pool areas.

Four flat screen smart TV's with HD channels including HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime, plus multiple sports channels, PHX local channels (Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC), plus high speed internet. You can log into your movie services (ex. Netflix) if available in Mexico.

Sleeps six comfortably, with two King sized beds, two bunk beds and a sleeper couch. This condo has two master suites, each with king size beds; wall mounted smart flat screen TVs, and two luxurious travertine marble bathrooms. The bonus bunkroom even has its own flatscreen TV, plus air/heat, great fan, reading lights, and peg board to hang clothes. It is a small room without a window, but a great sleeping room. The kitchen has updated SS appliances. Free use BBQ available.

Fantastic views from the huge great room. The view from the kitchen is all water. There is a laundry room in the unit with washer/dryer, detergent and a utility sink.

GOLFERS - For the golfer, The Las Palomas Golf Resort boasts an 18-hole championship Links golf course, golf range and practice area, right next to the resort on sandy beach. You can walk or drive over in minutes.

There is a safe to lock your valuables.

We also provide a “locked guest closet” for you, which contains many items that will make your stay fun and feel more like home such as beach chairs/umbrellas, games, pool tubes and kitchen supplies, and this closet can also be used as a second option to lock up all of your valuables. While you are out playing in the sand and sun, and the maids are in the condo cleaning you can l have complete peace of mind. You, and only you, will be in control of the key to this closet at all times.

With our unit you have light maid service for the first three days of your stay, pool towels, that are left in the condo by housekeeping, for use during your stay, assistance from Casago, our renter partner and check in, maintenance services and housekeeping. Key code entry to front door, where you do not have to worry about losing keys. Hi speed wireless internet. You will receive your key code from Casago when you check in. They have been operating in Puerto Penasco for over 20 years, receive outstanding ratings, and have been approved by the HOA to be one of our rental operators with staff on-site.
