Very basic and minimal. Good location.

The unit is ground floor right in front of the kids pool which was great for us. Bunk room is great too. The unit itself was pretty rundown. Could use a coat of paint, some decor, better linens. Sliding back door doesn't lock. Wifi is open so can be slow as others on property are using it. Reboot the modem if it's really slow. Overall trip was great, room worked but there are nicer out there.

Great property and location is perfect!

We had a great time staying in this home! Typically we go down to Rocky Point 2 to 4 times a year and have stayed just about everywhere. We will definitely stay here again. For the price it is perfect and you are on the ground level...for us that is a big deal since we have a lot of stuff to haul down to the beach lol. I would recommend this home to family and friends.

Just what we were looking for.

Our family of five came down from Peoria, AZ for a quick birthday weekend. Our condo and Las Palmas was perfect. The condo was right next to the pool and just a few minutes to the beach walking. We didn’t want our condo to be very big so this condo was perfect. The only thing that could have been better was the kitchen amenities. Dishes, cups, silverware , etc.... probably should be replaced and things added to it. Great little place for a quick weekend!
