A nice family hangout

We had a great stay at Casita Blanca in La Conchas. The house was not exactly on the beach but was close enough for unobstructed access. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and fit all our needs.We were disappointed only with the kitchen. The electric stove frequently malfunctioned which made meal preparation a challenge. Aside from that, all was excellent.

Nice house

We would rent this house again, very roomy and comfortable beds. Pots and pans are worn out and the stove only has 1 small burner out of 4 that works. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The host was a pleasure to work with!

Amazing stay in Los Conchas

First time staying at this house and the communication between the property manager was amazing, they are very quick to respond and answer any questions. Home was very clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay in this home. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot just steps from the beach

This house sits about 30 seconds from the beach, has a clear view to the beach out the front windows and was clean and spacious for the three of us.

Great location, sweet little casita

This sweet little casita was just steps to the beach with a lovely porch, and amazing views! The water was hot, the internet was fast (my spouse needed it for work, and it was much appreciated) and the beds were comfy! We couldn’t figure out how to work the mini-splits for temp control, but fortunately the weather was fine and we just used extra blankets at night. Will definitely book again!

Nice Upgrades

we stayed here a couple of years ago. What a difference. Many updgrades to the property. It was very nice. Freshly painted, new table & chairs with new cushions. Blinds were great. It really showed the $$ spent on this property recently. It was MUCH better than the last time we stayed there,. High recommendations to stay there. We will book again in the future.

The property is old. The stove does not work. Kitchen needs a new faucet, the current one leaks. An outlet in the master room is missing the face plate so there’s exposed wires. Both front and back door have a 1in gap at the bottom.

Christmas small vacation

Check in process was quick and easy. Checked in after hours and the instructions on how to get the keys was pretty clear. We enjoyed our mini Christmas vacation in Casita Blanca. Definitely will be coming back

Fun for Family

I've never stayed at Las Conchas, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. We were very happy with the property. It was clean and beautiful. When you walk out the back door, you follow a sidewalk and then head right out to the beach. Las Conchas doesn't have fine sand, it's bigger sand and there are rocks under the water...BUT when the tide is out the rock are exposed and form tide pools. My girls had so much fun watching the small hermit crabs and fish swim as they collected shells. Bring water shoes! We loved it and can't wait to come back!

Don’t plan to cook...

Check in was 3:00 and the office called at 2:00 to say they were closing at 3:00. Kitchen is poorly stocked with equipment, no basics like salt and pepper, and the mini stove’s burners weren’t installed properly after covering in foil. Took 2 full days and a trip to the office to get it repaired because the didn’t answer the phone or return calls from messages. One cabinet door literally fell off—the screws just popped out and the repair person tried to use the same ones rather than larger screws until instructed otherwise. Patio furniture is broken down and not as shown online. Couch is quite old but comfortable. Beds are comfortable.

Great beach house

Loved the spaciousness of the house. The kitchen was well equipped. If you like to cook, you need to bring everything including spices. The house was very clean. No DVD player. We would stay here again.
