The cleanliness and overall condition of rental was beyond unacceptable. Upon first entering the unit there was a large area of dried food that I scrubbed and cleaned immediately. I wish I had taken a picture of that. I have pictures of dusty filth, cockroaches, furniture was soiled to the point of not wanting to sit on. Beds weren't made up without top sheet. Gas stove didn't work and more. The kitchen sink faucet was so loose you had to use two hands to turn it on and off. The owner uses FMI rental mgt. When I tried to contact them I was told that the photos I took and my complaints would be forwarded to the owner. 3 days now and no word from the owner. Bella vista apts. Puerto Penasco, Rocky Point ,Mx. The worst rental experience I've ever had.
ALL furniture was soiled and stained. Did not want to sit down anywhere.
Broken filthy tv in closet
Ceiling fan above bed. Obviously not cleaned...ever
Pile of maybe animal poop just inside master bedroom closet.

Property was secluded from any noice, it was right by the pool. The complex is building more houses but the area was safe and the workers were very pleasant. Security a door to enter complex. Beds were comfortable, the only think I can think off that was a bit of inconvenience was the hot water ran out quickly. It was hot outside so cold water was not much inconvenience but if would have been cold outside then that would have been a problem.

BEAUTIFUL HOME AND NICE LOCATION

THE PROPERTY WAS SPACIOUS AND FELT SAFE AT ALL TIMES. CLOSE TO THE TOWN, BEACH, AND DIFFERENT ATTRACTIONS (10 MIN DRIVE). THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THAT THE SMALL GYM FACILITY WAS CLOSED.

Not a bad location--just as advertised

We enjoyed Bella Vista 6. Check in was very simple and the unit was just as advertised. There were a couple of minor items that could be addressed (dryer didn't dry, toaster didn't work, and one bed bowed a bit), but overall we would stay again. None of us had been to Puerto Penasco before, so we weren't sure of the best neighborhood to stay. At first, Bella Vista didn't seem to be close to much. But after we walked and drove around, we realized no single place would be near what we wanted to see--and Bella Vista was very centrally located. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. A couple of restaurants were 5 to 10 minutes away by foot. Everything else was 5 to 15 minutes away by car. It turned out to be a great, quiet location.

Perfect townhouse for relaxation

Bella Vista 6 is a gem in Sandy Beach. The townhouse was so spacious inside. A beautiful full sized kitchen made making meals a snap. The family loved going to the second floor patio and roof top patio to drink coffee in the morning. Roof top patio built in grill was perfect for sunset dinner. Being able to park our vehicle in the enclosed garage was fantastic. Such a nice perk to not having to unload the truck bed every night. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed beverages. There was a great pool area grill above the fitness center. The fitness center appeared to have plenty of equipment but was closed due to Covid-19. The family felt very secure with the 24 security guard and electronic door locks. We definitely will be staying here again. You can’t beat the value
